The U3+ includes a Dual Lock System (friction lock and a locking pin for heavier loads). Silent Freeswing is provided, disengaging the motor and saving battery life as well as providing a more natural movement of the arm when relaxed. Wireless Bluetooth communication is available for computer interface. The Hybrid Arm is lighter than a Utah Arm but incorporates the same Hand/ETD control and lock/unlock features. It also features an easy elbow lock that holds the arm in position (no cable required). It is dirt and moisture resistant and looks like the Utah Arm.
