This splint is designed for conservative pre- and post-operative treatment of ulnar drift. The dynamic outrigger applies dorso-radial pull on the MCP joints.

It is recommended that the patient be measured and fitted with the splint prior to surgery. This allows the patient to become familiar with the splint and how it feels.
