Wheaton™ Heel Lifts are adjustable from 1/8 inch to 3/8 inch. and can be trimmed with scissors to fit shoe.
Comes in three sizes:
- Small (2” x 4”)
- Medium (2 ½” x 4 ½”)
- Large (3” x 5”)
- Fits either left or right
