AliMed’s Plastazote® Self-Stick Padding is made from Plastazote #1 with a 20 durometer (Shore A) firmness level. The padding molds quickly to weight-bearing, improving total contact and making the product ideal for splint padding and orthotic top layers. The high-quality, lightweight, and closed-cell polyethylene foam is nontoxic and hypoallergenic, which allows for direct contact with the skin. This item is heat-moldable, grindable, and washable and can be applied to splinting material before heating or forming.
